cooler: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835233003    -Xigmatek 120mm rifle cooler

and Windows Vista 64 bit

sorry you can prob tell I'm not too good w/ PCs. now here's my questions. please help me

1.  are all the parts compatible w/ each other? I have no idea how to tell if they are. I trust my friend but I dont wanna find out he made a mistake after I buy everything

2. are the PC parts a good deal? how long do you think the Pc will last me?

3. how much power do you guys recommend for my power supply. and the power supply's the only part missing for my PC right?

All I know is that you don't need 4GB, just get 2GB of fast RAM. And you don't need the cooler.
