If you played it it will be permanently associated with your Steam account. You can't sell it.

Its not worth a penny because its connected to your steam account.

And really not alot of people buy USED PC games. Theirs to much risk of losing money.

Great move from Relic. Hate them all you want, this is the best thing they could do, it's not perfect (steam and their ways) but it's the best they could, in this way they stop people like you.

... If you guys say so I think the online system and such is lightyears a head of the original.. Furthermore people rarely ever buy used pc games, inless its a very old game.

It is possible to get a game linked to a Steam account transfered to another account, but it takes time and isn't guaranteed when you buy it used that it will work. For many it just isn't worth the risk of buying it used.

steam is probably the best decission they have done with DoW2, no problems getting the latest patches, just load steam and the thing works, no CD needed.

the only bad thing is that I have heard of some poeple that got burned by buying a used copy

Thats a issue with really any pc game.. The point being is you should not buy used pc games period.. Things like Dawn of War 2 can already be gotten for around $30 brand new at amazon.
