Hi everyone! I just decided to try and learn animation using Valve's wonderfully powerful tool Source Filmmaker.. just for a bit of a laugh, really. For no particular reason, I thought I'd recreate the HTC advert featuring Emeli Sande that's been at the cinemas recently. Honestly, I don't know why I invested the last 100 hours into this. Good to see Steam paving the way for future designers and filmmakers out there. And the fact that they nurture talent by hiring from the modding community are just a couple of reasons why I have so much respect for them.
I would LOVE to do some movie scenes in SFM. I'm actually thinking of animating a small short film in there, but I need to think of an idea that could work within the constrains of the engine and my own animation ability.

I have been making some famous movie scene stills up in Garry's Mod with a friend, which I'll be putting up soon.. the first one is the 'You shall not pass!' scene from The Fellowship of the Ring!
