So currently I have 3 Antec 120mms and 1 140mm. Two 120mms intake in the front and at the rear another 120mm exahust while on top a 140mm also exhausts. Should I add that side fan?

I had a extra fan handy on mine. I don't think it matters too much, but it may help if you are overclocking your GPU and need to alleviate ambient temp under the heatsink,

I have the CoolerMaster 690 currently got 1x 120mm front intake, 1x 120mm Rear exhaust, 2x 120mm Top exhaust and 2x 120mm Side intakes keeps my system really chilly. So i would say go for it :)

Yeah I won't be overclocking so I might not need it.

On my antec 300, I have 1 back fan and 2 front fans. No 140mm top fan, no side fan. Keeps it quiet and cool enough.

He might of taken it out. The top fan is noisey on anything above "low" settings.

I put a 1500 rpm 120 mm fan in my case on the side and noticed no change in the GPU temps.
