Should I be able to watch HD videos on youtube with no problem?

I have 4Gb RAM

ati Radeon 5770 512mb graphics card

Amd quad core 2.9 ghz

Windows 7 home premium 64 bit

and I have a dsl internet connection...

I think I should be able to just fine I do not not know if something is wrong with my graphics card....

If something was wrong with your GPU you would have a lot more problems than not being able to watch video on youtube, including huge artifacts on your screen, weird dots and colors and whatnot, as well as a BSOD or two. Youtube may be running slow due to a high amount of activity, leading to slow response times and even in some cases, movies failing to load or loading really slowly. But unfortunately at this point, I think half the world would have to simultaneously navigate to youtube to do such a thing, and maybe even bring the website down for a while. More than likely, somebody is taking up a little to much bandwidth (with a big download or something) and causing your net connection to be very sluggish. If not, you may just have a bad connection or something that is causing interference, thus causing your net to behave erratically (good connection one second, horrible connection the next).
