This is the rig

Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 (1.86ghz, 2MB Cache)
Window Vista
320 Sata hard drive
256 MB Nvidia 7900GS
19" Flat panel
1024 MB

I think most of it is good, but im not sure if i should get the processor is the E6300, and i dont plan to overclock.
Will i be able to play Counterstrike: source with a high FPS? i would like to hear your thoughts on the rig.

Step up to a E6600 if your not going to overclock, If not then it a pretty good processor just overclock it and it can go from 1.8 to 3.2:D

If youre not gonna overclock, look to a E6400 at the least. I recommend a E6600. As for playing CSS on max @ 1280x1024, you could do that with a AMD64 3200, 2x512mb and a x850xt

You should be able to play CS:S no problem maxed. Most people would recommend you get a 1.83GHz Core 2 Duo over a 3.0GHz Pentium 4, so you have to see how far the Core 2 architecture really goes in performance. If all you want to do is play all the games that are out right now, you'll be able to play majority of them maxed out. If you're planning to play a lot of newer games that are going to come out including DX10 titles, you may want to reconsider for a faster processor and video card. Other than that, it's a pretty solid rig there.

CS:S is relatively easy on computers anyway, I can run it and HL2 almost completely maxed with no slowdown with my 3.2 Ghz Pentium 4, Radeon 9800 and 1 gig of RAM. That computer should definitely be able to play Company of Heroes, Oblivion, Supreme Commander, etc. on good settings.

It's a good rig.  At the very least throw in an extra GB of RAM.  2GB is the standard for new games right now and is the new 1GB :P.  If you don't want a DX10 card that's fine, your coputer will still run most new games on high settings.
