Saying it has no single player is kind of a bad thing to say in my opinion. Sure you can blow through it in one night, but it is going to be a really good night.
Yeah the CoD series and been sinking like a rock in terms of quality since the original came out. Get the original for cheap and that should hold you over till Call of Duty 2009 comes out, or you could just wait another year and pick up Call of Duty 2010.
