Should I get SIlent Hill 3 and 4 for the pc or the ps2?

I wanted to ask shall I get silent hill 3 and 4 for the pc or ps2.
And saying I wanted to get atleast one for the PC which one should it be. 3 or 4
and while youre at it can you tell me a few good racing games for the pc (made prior to 2007 but after 2004 and with aupport for shader model 2 or lower I dont have sh 3.0, also exclude nfs as I already have those). thanx.

So anyone any idea????

I haven't played either of them on either platform, but I've heard from my friends who are survival horror faithfuls, that SH3 is better for its fans. Look reviews up for each platform on the game and see which on eis at a disadvantage.

ps2 games should be VERY cheap now, so i'll go for that - but then again i already have both. good games :)

personally i like the third better. Why don't you ask around on the legacy platform forum for more suggestions? :)

Dirt 2 is a critically acclaimed off-road racing game that was released very recently. try that if your pc can handle it.

I have played the demo to both on PC and they control pretty well with the keyboard and mouse so would say PC.

ATI Xpress 200 graphics.
