The Sims 2 is worth playing + fun, especially all the expansions + stuff packs installed.

I was just going to say that he shouldn't get them. They are huge ripoff.
Sims 1 + expacks has more stuff than The Sims 2 without alone and that's ripoff. New games are supposed to have everything the older ones had and more. EA takes stuff out of Sims just to sell it as an expack.
Six expacks and six item packs is simply huge ripoff for three years old game.
As long as people buy the expacks, EA will keep making them rather than selling the real game with more content.
