Ive been debaiting for a few days weather or not to go back to World of Warcraft. Im so bored lately and Im sick of FPS games. After WAR beta i was really disappointed. So whats your opinion?
*glances at avatar* Sounds about as much fun as rewatching all of Buffy and Angel (not fun)
Go to the library and pick up a few good books. Watch some anime; read some manga. Check out some older PC games; play a console game. These are all things I do once I've become wearied of a particular entertainment. I cycle through them.

I am.. i just watched a ton of Lich king videos. Oh sweet jesus just look up wintergrasp.
Yea Warhammer looks great in videos but the beta itself is garbage. Its so boring and the graphics arnt 2008. I thought WAR would finally be the next MMO but it aint.

Why do I need to reach Tier4 for it to be awesome? Shouldn't it be awesome from start?

I did in beta, Helbrec is right. War is middle of the road, not great or bad....just same old (EVE, DAoC, what AoC wants to be, etc.). It's just another cookie cutter MMORPG with it's own 'little' differences. Except EVE, DAoC, and WoW have already done this gameplay to one degree or another which makes War seem old right out of the gate.
The pre-WotLK patch is comming soon, so if you start when that comes out you'll get to mess around with new talents, spells, hunter pets, inscription up to 375 and so on. Or you can wait till WotLK to come out. But yeah, I'd wait until the new stuff comes, patch or expansion.
If you have to ask yourself or someone if you should go back to WoW, you know you shouldnt even being asking that question in the first place. The answer is, no.

Well now people say the same thing about WoW. fact of the matter is end game in MMO's is the most important time, most things before are just time fillers.
but yea, WOTLK beta is awesome :D, WAR was fun aswell.
