I'm thinking about running to best buy to see if they have a 560 Ti so i can upgrade my pc for BF3. I currently have a Phenom quad 3.0ghz, 4gb ram, and hd4850. Would i see a big performance increase?

I paid like an extra 50 on it (299 after tax). Eh.. Beats the wait i suppose.

$300 for a 560ti ..... o_O
Well atleast you will game happily now.
You would have only had to wait 3-4 days MAX if you ordered on newegg. For $300 you could have gotten a GTX570. You shouldn't have had to pay more than $250 for a 560ti.I paid like an extra 50 on it (299 after tax). Eh.. Beats the wait i suppose.

This. you lost out a lot
Well i think the 560 ti will do for know. Now that i think about it, it was outragiously foolish of me. I've always bought from newegg cause retailers are overpriced. Is there anyway i can get my PC to recognize the card? The installation disk wont read.

Could you not go online and download drivers from Nvidia?

Restocking fee is like 15% I think, that would be throwing out $45 if he returned it. Not sure if it's worth it unless he could find a good 570 for just $300, otherwise he would pretty much be buying a 570 for $400 if including the restocking fee at Best Buy.

i returned my GPU i got from Best Buy and they didnt charge me a thing. back then i paid $299.99 plus tax for a HD 5770 and i notice that on newegg was WAY cheaper he can go back and return it.

If they try to charge, just talk to the manager.

Well it runs BF3 on ultra with Fps that hasnt dipped into 40fps at 1080p. Im content. Go refund your card and get a better one or just buy the same one for cheaper. I only got my 560 Ti because after I sold some software and the mail-in rebate, it was only $150 for the card. It was a great deal, but I plan on getting a better card in the next year or so. Not worth $300 though. If your lucky and live close to the newegg warehouse you can drive there instead. At least thats what I do!
