I am getting a laptop and there are two graphics cards to choose from;

ATI Mobility Raedeon 1400X 256MB

NVIDIA Geforce Go 7600 512MB

The ATI is the defualt, but for an extra 312 euro (350 dollars) I can get the NVIDIA. Is it worth that much or should I buy some other option? if you wanna see the laptop here is the linky:

My opinion is to avoid either the seller or the brand. For desktops systems, the difference is more on the order of $75, MAX, between the pair ($50 for an X1300, $125 for a Geforce 7600 GT). Check some other dealers and other brands, looking for smaller cost increases (admittedly, a lot of the difference is in there on the laptops for their cost of handling the order in a special manner, but it should NOT be $275 of labor, really)!

Is there any brands you could recommend? My budget is limited to only about 1500 euro.

rofl with 1500 euro you can get a killer gaming laptop here in canada, http://www.canadacomputers.com/index.php?do=ShowProduct&cmd=pd&pid=014129&cid=896.645 which is roughly 1500 euros
