Should i play Call of Juarez 2 before 1?

The second game is the first game. Its a prequel. My advice is to strongly play bound in blood and if you want more get the first game.

If anything the story and the characters make more sense if you play the second first, since you got no idea who is what and how they met if you play the first one first.

You will appreciate the story and characters a lot more if you play the 2nd one first.

I thought the first one was fun the second I just could not bring myself to finish that game it sucked, it was nothing like the first one and after a few hours I was like why am I torturing myself. It really became a go here head back go there head back wait go here then head back.

What they said. The second game is actually a prequel to the first game's story, so it'd be better to understand by playing the 2nd game first although it's not really necessary for you to do so.
