I bought a new computer about 4 months ago and now I plan on upgrading my GPU and PS, but I just not really sure if I can do it myself but then again i dont want to pay 130$ for the g33k squad to do it over in best buy. The thing im afraid about is breaking my computer while installing it, static electricity and what not.

There's really nothing to worry about. Just make sure you ground yourself. The rest isn't hard. Just as long as you're careful, then it should be fine

Replacing the GPU and power supply is quite simple.

For the GPU, you simply uninstall the drivers for the old one. Remove it, put in the new one, pop in the newest drivers and your set.

Power supplies are simple as well, unplug everything, remove all the connections, take out the power supply, pop in the new one, make sure its connected to everything (GPU, Mobo, HDD, DVD Drive, etc.) then simply turn on your comp.

BTW to shed some light on grounding yourself just touch the metal on the pc case for 2 seconds and the static electricity should be gone.
