intel R core tm -5-2500k cpu@ 3.30ghz

8. gb of ram maz of 16gm

and a graphics card of nvidia 560ti

What are you looking to gain that you're not getting with the card you have?

If you have money to blow, then sure why not.

What's your budget?

If your budget is enough for a GTX760 (or more) then maybe...

But since you didn't change till now I would suggest you to wait a bit for Maxwell. (you waited for 3 years, 3 more months wouldn't hurt :P).

Well since you waited this long you might as well wait until the 800 series arrive later this year.

The performance increase would be larger.
