After fighting endless troubles with my Radeon HD 4870 and a bad BIOS flash to the card I'm ready to just junk the thing and get a new card.

Right now I have the following:

Gigabyte UDR3R P45 Intel

Intel E8400 Wolfdale at 3.6GHz

8GB OCZ Reaper PC2 8500

I'm going to be upgrading in the future so I'm not afraid to get something a little overkill, but I'm looking for something less than $200 that will work in this system and possibly with a new Mobo/Core i7 sometime in the next year. The only stipulation is I am NOT excited about buying another Sapphire card.

Any advice?

I'd get a 6870 or GTX560 if you want something under $200

I don't believe so.

That's 6850/6870 and 460/560 level.

Depends on whether he means pre-rebate or not.

(On another note, what is up with 95% of links causing a 'tag a may not have attribute re1' error. Very annoying.)
