I can't manage to get to Riften without crashing. It is the only place I crash in this game, aside from certain points between Whiterun and Riverwood. I have no clue how to get to riften.

I try console commands "coc riften" but it does nothing, any other ways I can get into Riften? It's the entire are aaround Riften that just causes me to crash.

Have you updated the game?

Do you have any mods installed?

I have a lot of mods installed, and I do have my game updated to the latest version. Here are my mods.

I also have 2k textures, does that cause crashes?

Wow, that's a lot of mods.

I had a problem getting into Whiterun which turned out to be the hi-rez texture mod for that town. I think update 4 fixed it for me.

I would suggest turning off some mods to see if you can get in. If you suspect the 2k texture mod then start there. Try to remember what mods you installed right before you had the problem. With that many mods, I'd think that one of those has got to be the issue.

If I uninstall the game and start freshing and adding one mod at a time is loading up my previous saved game as simple as backing up the "SINGLE" save file in my "Documents\MyGames\Skyrim\Saves" folder?

I would make a clean save before un-installing any mods.

Sometimes the save can be affected by a missing mod. It will usually still load, but it can cause some issues.

If you're going to try re-installing Skyrim, make sure you back up you saved games to a new location or a USB drive. Uninstalling Skyrim won't delete your saves, just back them up so you know you won't lose them.

You need to disable all of your mods and see if you can go into Riften, If so you need to activate every mod indvidually to see where the conflict is. If that doesn't work get in contact with Bethesda.
