skyrim isnt optimized that well...maybe you're running it at too high of a setting for your GPU to handle

I've had it crash to the desktop a couple of times.. What are your PC specs? And I'm guessing that your drivers are up to date, yes?

Sounds to me like your video card driver is crashing. Maybe check to ensure you have the latest version.

Have you checked your temps while you're gaming? Did you go into the bios and set everything manually? (Voltages, speed, timings) You'll want to do that if you haven't already. Also, even if your temps are good, I would still increase the GPU fan speed...

Skyrim trend to run more and more slowly as long as the saved files are stacked. Try to keep a low amount of saves in the My Games/Skyrrim/Saves directory (cutting the unnecesary saves to another directory) to prevent some issues. Oh, and the game just got patched yesterday; be sure to have you GPU drivers and Skyrim patches up to date.

Find out what type of power supply you have and it's wattage.

Download EVGA precision. You can tweak the fan settings and clock/shaders. The auto fan speeds aren't always reliable. I manually turn my card's fan up to 75-85% before playing games. It is kinda loud, but then again my speakers are louder!!! At night I use a headset, so the fan noise doesn't bother me.

Here is where you get Precision...

When the monitor says no signal but everything else is still running, that means it has either lost connection to the video card, or the card has lost connection to the board (in my exp). I would recheck your cords and reseat your card if I were you. That is an easily overlooked issue, but a simple fix.

If your whole computer is shutting down, it could be overheating or a lack of power. Check your PSU amps on the 12v rail vs. the card's requirements. Some people neglect that aspect of PSUs when choosing one for the card on a new build.

Have you tried newer beta drivers? They are all Skyrim "optimized." Perhaps that could help out.

Owhen i underclock my card from 822mhz to 795Mhz it runs fine no crashes.

But really 560ti cards sucks, now you have to underclock to make it playable.

I want my money back

Might be a good idea, however I have read that most people are experiencing little to no difference.

Um, your PSU is adequate on the 12v rail, but I question whether or not your PSU can handle everything at full load. Try unplugging an optical drive if you have 2 and see if that helps with power consumption, or take a stick of ram out.

Add those at load and you have 506/600W used at load, and that doesn't count anything else like ram, peripherals, and drives. Might be time for a PSU upgrade.

Try the new beta driver and see if that helps, otherwise, new PSU time I would think.

Probably. At load your PSU only has around 100 watts left over to distribute to all of your drives and mouse/keyboard etc. I would unplug all the HDDs that you don't use for Windows and Skyrim and maybe even a case fan if your temps will be ok.
