So I just downloaded the Total Realism- Basic Needs mod, and does anyone have any other essential mods I could use? Things to help animations or the menus, etc. Haven't delved into mods other then this one.

Second part, do I just download them from the Nexus and I'm done? I haven't downloaded a mod for any game in a while and I want to know the steps to this. I have Skyrim on Steam btw.

You should use the Nexus Mod Manager it makes installing and uninstalling mods so much easier and also makes it easy to keep track of what mods you have. Here are some mods you should check out.

Categorized Favourites Menu

Dovahkiin Hideout (One of my personal Favourites)

Midas Magic

Tytanis

SkyUI

Yeah I figured it out, but I keep having issues downloading the Skyrim Script Extender, since its not available on the Nexus and I keep getting some odd error message for trying to download it. Since I need it to download the UI, this is a bit frustrating.
