Thanks, the concept art looks good. Looks like they're going very Nordic judging by all the Scandinavian history books they have laying around. That fits for Skyrim.
Also, they have a pretty detailed article about the combat from the other day.

This game is looking quite good so far, but so was Oblivion until they put out a substandard product that needed mods to bring it up to snuff. Hopefully Beth will get it right this time, they improved with Fallout 3, so I think it's likely we'll see a somewhat better product now.
So the entire game takes place on ice with dark vampire like monsters, ok i do not give a damn anymore.dakan45
You find that boring, but you don't find Oblivion's far, far worse?

Where the hell did i say i found it borring? Nowhere, but if the entire map is gonna be a white terrain like lost planet, then i dont give a damn. I want variety, or atleast make it green like most of those rpg terrain are. Also why monsters got to look like dark gothic demons? Seriously, add some lore that makes sense like wolfs or goblins.[QUOTE="MaskJackal"][QUOTE="dakan45"]So the entire game takes place on ice with dark vampire like monsters, ok i do not give a damn anymore.dakan45

Because it takes place in a Nordic environment. If you went into a viking village would you expect to see variety? I think i have asked someone and he told me that skyrim would have variety according to the first TES game. if you bothered to look at the currently release screens, you'd barely see any snow in them. It isn't all a blizzard like you think, although yes there will be some snow somewhere in Skyrim.[QUOTE="ChampionoChumps"][QUOTE="dakan45"] Where the hell did i say i found it borring? Can we please pick this up when we have actual knowledge of how skyrim looks and by skyrim i mean the location not the game.[QUOTE="dakan45"]

I want them to adopt the Deadly Reflex mod with some improvements.
Bethesda should take into consideration the mod community.
Oblivion with well implemented mods would have worked fine for me as the new Elder Scrolls.

And the location is the game, unless you think that a large portion of Skyrim will take place outside of Skyrim.

So what... most of ICEWIND DALE took place in snow environments and that was an awesome game. As for Skyrim, I didn't like Oblivion so I might pass on this one...
