I know this came out on consoles already...is there any word on how the DLC is?Renevent42Well i can only say that my brother enjoyed it. I have not played it myself so i dont know...
244 hours of skyrim and i still haven't completed the storyline. I only have hearthfire and i'll wait for some GOTY and get all dlcs at once at a cheap price.
20 bucks each is just not worth, plus it's better to wait cos most mods won't work at first with the new dlc.
For those with the high amount of hours in Skyrim, is that all with one character, or mutliple characters? I've got about 170 hours, with about 160 of those hours on a single character (Level 59 Imperial battlemage). If you have multiple characters, which one are you bringing into the DLC? The only reason I've not gotten any Skyrim DLC yet is because I'm not sure whether to bring my level 59 character, or use my lower level character that I started over with (Like level 11 right now).lockjaw333

I haven't seen any reviews, but I actually thought Dragonborn looked pretty good. Not $20 good, but I'll pick it up probably when it hits $10.
the problem with bethesda games are, it becomes boring after a while as your character becomes invincible with abundabt money. when you add this subpar main plot and fetch type side quests, game becomes a snore fest. when your core game is like that no dlc can chnage the experience.
DLC and Mods are two different things. If certain people buy TES for the mods, then why do they buy the DLC in addition?

You're missing the point. Â People rip on Bethesda for developing broken, unfinished games, and that it's up to modders to fix it; that the only motive behind their purchase is the modding community. Â And yet they're willing to buy expansion packs from Bethesda?

I guess because the expansion packs are the official ones which continue the story.Aww let me guess....someone's stolen your sweet roll.the problem with bethesda games are, it becomes boring after a while as your character becomes invincible with abundabt money. when you add this subpar main plot and fetch type side quests, game becomes a snore fest. when your core game is like that no dlc can chnage the experience.

It's nice to have options. You could buy the DLC which is official or you could download some mods with custom quests. I usually pick up the DLC when they're on sale though. Dragonborn looks good and all but I'm so occupied in the game that I can manage to wait for a sale.
