Slender is a terrible game

I was really looking forward to it, then I boot it up, and uh oh, you can't see anything! There's no brightness options, and increasing the brightness on my moitor doesn't help. So basically, you need to buy the right monitor for this game. You can't use your flashlight all the time as it runs out of power, and without it... I could be walking into a tree and wouldn't even know it.

I'm sorry Mr Hadley, I appreciate the effort, love the concept, but not everyone has the same hardware setup as you, and a simple brightness option would be great. It's rather annoying, I really want to play this and simply can't.

It a new small horror game that some are saying it the scariest game, it more scary then Anmesia, etc. You can check it out here. It okay, just pretty boring and it far from the scariest.

I played it last night....1 time. I was playing in the dark with headphones on. When he got me I yelled like a big p*$$y and yanked my headphones off. Scary! lol

It seems like a good concept but I can't say I am shocked that a game that was made based off of something from Something Awful wasn't very good.

Sounds like a distraction from the heavyweights that come out each summer. Small games like this use a minimalist approach and can work for and against them. If it offers a raw horror experience then it works but if it's limited in innovation then there's only so much you can get out of it. But, that's often the way with small indie games like this.

This game is terrifying! I have never been so afraid to turn around in a game in my life.
