Satisfied. A few great FPSs and a bunch of mediocre ones. I'd like to see more quality RPGs being made. The Witcher is the only one that's worth mentioning this year.
This is probably because a number of quality games were released this year that are in my favorite genre (FPS). Next year I would like to more hybrids (e.g. S.T.A.L.K.E.R.) and RPGs.
It started great ewith awesome stalker, glactic civlizations and supreme commnader which i enjoyed a lot. Then were was a bit of lean time for me personally but starting from august or september, it has been quite great with one good game after another. some didn't met their hype but were great fun none the less
i haven't played many 2007 games (stinking computer!), and i don't plan to until early or middle of 2008 (that's when i plan to upgrade), so i'll tell you in half a year or so. :D but episode 2, tf2, and portal were AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! as far as what i've heard, it seems 2007 was the best year in pc gaming since 2004. orange box, crysis, bioshock, wic, witcher, cod4, gow, ut3, quake wars? yeah, i'd say that's a really good year. the only disappointing game seems to be hellgate.

This year was a disappointment, Crysis was made out to be the second coming and sucked ass, Hellgate looked cool but sucked, UT 3 didnt live up to my expectations, GoW on pc has **** online community and to many problems.. The only good purchase I reallyliked this year was the orange box.
2007 has been an exceptional year for gaming for me personally. The Orange Box, the Witcher, COD4, BioShock, WiC, Dungeon Runner's subscription lol. It's been a good year and i hope 2008 can deliver some good quality games aswell.
I really coulnd't tell you. Most of the PC games I played this year was catch-up from last year... I have tons of games from this year to get and play... hell, I still haven't even got S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Mind you, the Crysis SP demo has me looking forward to building a new rig.
I really liked this year, there were dissapointments, but at the same time I expected them, but most of the dissapointments were around fall for me, overall, this whole year was great though.

i got a pretty good pc so i can max most game.I pirated the withcer, gear of war, world in conflict, bioshock and bought coh:of, cod4, crysis, UT3. So many games so little time so i think i am pretty sad cause dont have time to play all of them
I bought too many games this year to list, but here's a selection of my most anticipated ones that were released this year that I bought so far: Supreme Commander Game: 8/10, Expectation vs Reality: B+ Excellent game and checks most of the boxes - but still missing a lot of things. Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars Game: 8/10, Expectation vs Reality: A Expected C&C, got C&C. Crysis Game: 9/10, Expectation vs Reality: A- I must be one of just two people on this planet who actually bought this game for the gameplay, and on that count it succeeds - just wished it would run a bit better. Bioshock Game: 8/10, Expectation vs Reality: C It's atmospheric and intense, but System Shock 3 it is not. Would have been a truly great game even if it was half as good as System Shock 2, but it's not even a quarter. Hellgate: London Game: 6/10, Expectation vs Reality: D Somewhere beneath this sloppy, glitchy, crashy, buggy mess is a fun game, but I have had to a look pretty hard. The Orange Box Games: 9/10, Expectation vs Reality: A+ Half-Life, nuf said. Also, the cake is NOT a lie. I really don't know...FPS wise I'm satisfied BioShock, Crysis, and O Box r making me very happy :D, RPGs bah it was horrible WE NEED KoToR 3 why? why r they not making it ;_; ...RTS I'm not really satisfied either....WiC fell over my Expectations...I guess SupCom and CoH carried it a ways but there wasn't much in the long run...uh what's left???

hmm .. rpg wise this year was not very good but still I think witcher, nwn 2 -mob and Wow-bc made it a decent year for rpgs
C&C 3 Supreme Commander STALKER Episode 2 Portal (a suprise) Overlord (a suprise) EVE Online (only did the trial, but very cool) Crysis The Witcher Silent Hunter IV
Not to mention the few games on 360 that kicked ass.

Only one worth mentioning? I thought Mask of the Betrayer was a much better RPG.
I am very happy with the 2007 PC games....Bioshock, Command and Conquer 3, Unreal Tournament 3, Supreme Commander, Burning Crusade, etc.
Have not played that one, so you might be right. Still, a couple of expansions and one great game is not exactly impressive. I almost wished that I liked strategy games, a lot of you put some of them up there among the best games of 07. Sadly, RTSs are just not my cup of tea... This is a great year to be an FPS fan though.
