and all I can say is that I love the game now.

Its much more tactical and theirs no spamming or dieing for no reason. You have to work as a team and use strategy so the enemy doesn't over run you.

Also vehicles feel alot more realistic and their isn't going to be a moment were a random person will jump out and kill you.

Gameplay is also improved IMO. Its no longer all about vehicles its about infantry squad encounters. And when you do meet face to face against a vehicle you RUN not charge into it with C4 strapped to your hand.

Really I just like BF2 better now with this mod. I think everyone should give it a shot its great.

It looks pretty good. How many people play it though? I always meant to download Project Reality and Forgotten Hope 2 (Since I really liked FH1) I just never got around to it.

*Also, I checked the site I like to use to download mods, do you need to download 2 different things? Or just the client core?

I tried Project Reality years ago when it was young and rather undeveloped. I don't know how much it's changed since then, but I hated it back then. I didn't like anything about it, but the one thing I remember hating the most was the fact that the sniper rifle was utterly inaccurate. Scoped, prone, unmoving; the bullets would go like 30 feet off track of where I was aiming (not an exaggeration).

BF2 Mercenaries and Point of Existence 2 are where it's at, for me.

its popular...there are always a few 60+ man servers up at any time...one of which for me, has the near perfect ping of 30 (east coast)
