So I got a final warning from Blizzard...

First of all I dont know why they didnt permanently banned me(just gave me 72 hour suspension and final warning, or so they wrote in their email a few minutes ago, maybe it was a mistake? i dunno, hopefully not), because I already got a final warning and 72 hour suspension before. So I was thinking that perhaps I can get another account and transfer my chars there (or at least the 2 70s) and that way I will have a clean account with no 'criminal record'. Because mistakes happen and I might violate something again, and get perma banned. So is it possible to get another account and just transfer my chars there?

I swear a lot.. I kinda do it automatically, aspecially in an online game, it might happen again but at least I wouldnt get perma banned if I get a new account.. So how do I do it, go to the store and buy the game and use paid char transfer?

That's exactly what I was thinking. Back in the days when I was playing World of Warcraft, I had quite a few friends that cussed (yes, even in general chat) and they never got a suspension or ban. TC, you must have done something very disruptive along with the cussing to get suspended. The chances of someone getting banned or suspended for using profanity is slim. Like Crazymaghie said, there's a profanity filter.

The thing is I got a lot of warnings and suspensions already all for the same thing: vulgar/offensive language. actually one suspension was for some thirdparty software which apparently those powerlevelers used...

I exploited vs a premade WSG group with a couple of friends once. We kept them busy for well over an hour, the whole raid reported me, and I didn't even get a single warning.

Impulse swearing and Impulse typing ( swearing) are two different things. Saying it somtimes you slip, typing usually you know what your doing. If you don't like people on WoW just walk away from them

ummm.. yes you can.. both accounts need the same lastname and then you are able to do it.

You can trasnfer characters across realms, but I am fairly sure you cannot transfer them across accounts. That would be like blizzard asking people to sell characters.

actually you can transfer characters accross acounts.

the owner of the new account has the be the same as the old one, though.

...and you REALLY don't think Blizzard will just transfer your files to your new account once they see the character transfer and your old account going less active? Or maybe realize you're probably playing through the same IP or MAC address?

Trust me, these companies do these sorts of things. You won't get a "clean slate." Fix your behavior instead of trying to hide your problems from the authorities.

I really don't think you need to worry about your account being Perm banned from just swearing, even abusivie swearing you wont get perm banned. Iv been playing for about 3 years now along with a buddy of mine who has been constantly getting 72 hour bans from gerneral swearing to the occasion insult at other players. And during these 3 year he has never once recieved a perm ban.

Blizz dont mind (Much, to the point they want to ban you and loose thier $20p/m) if you call people afew names, unless its racist but I dont see how racism could be an "accidental" thing that you have no controll over.
