I have a Compaq (desktop model SR5113WM)that I mostly use to mess around online and play World of Warcraft.I bought 2 gigs of ram for itand It runs the gamefine and all but at pretty low settings, i just want it to look as best as i can get it with this comp. I want to know if all it will take is like a graphics upgrade and if thats all i was hoping sum1 could suggest a cheap one that would make the game run like at full settings if possible. Heres a link to the type of comp it is incase it helps http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&docname=c01063553

Hey, I had an Acer with the same processor ( 3600) and onboard graphics and only got 15-20 fps on WOW. I got a 5600 processor from Microcenter for 64 bucks and a BFG 9600 GT OC graphics card on sale @ Best Buy for 100 bucks. Now the computer rocks WOW at max settings with 55-60 fps. Dude its like a whole new system for less than 175 bucks......oh and I run XP and 2 gigs of 6400, I did have to up the Power supply to 500 watts, but I had 1 in the closet already.......Happy upgrading !!

i too used to have a similar pc (mine was an acer aspire t660 operating windows MCE) you can at best put any pci-e x16 nivida 8600 or lower card in there or any ati 2900 or lower id suggest u go nivida in your case as an 8600 outprforms a 2900xt in many games and can even handle crysis well on medium.
