I have a question concerning the story.

See I made my purchase because i downloaded the trial of dreamfall and found it to be fantastic and unlike what i usually play.

I was also interested in the story line, and i wish to know if It will spoil or mess anything up for me if i play the second one first, as I am looking forward to playing it the most and see what happens next and what not.

Cheers all.

Since you have both, i think you should play the The longest journey first. You might not understand some of the story elements like the static, or April's origins if you haven't played the first one.

If I remember correctly then I think they aren't all that connected but you would understand more if you played the first one first.

Dude you don't have to reveal this and that so much. He didn't ask for spoilers. He just wants to know whether he should play TLJ first or not. Spoilers are a big no no, especially for adventure games like this one.

What spoiler did i give? Anyways i deleted my post but i dont see any spoilers. I just described how different the games were. I didnt mention names, story or anything? So where the spoilers?

Anyways,if it does contain spolers, shoudnt you not have quoted my post?

It won't hurt anything to play them backwards if you want. The stories are related but not dependant. However if you have both why not play them in order?
