So many games. So little time.

As Im sure many of you can agree - life is getting busy and more and more games are coming out each year. I know, for example, that I missed out on MANY early games and many eras of both PC and Console gaming and have unfortuneately come to terms with the fact that - Im really never going to get a chance to play those games and experience what many have considered legends of gaming.

I dont get it though - is there so many games because so many people want different types of games or because devs are trying to be different? Or is it because the money is just too good to focus on one thing at a time?

I mean, I myself have resorted at times to sticking with what I know has quality instead of flash. I almost wish I had more hours in the day to try out everything but now checking reviews are a must to be able to get your moneys worth and even then you cant be totally sure.

I wish we could go back to time where there were less games and more quality.

21 games this year for me lol..Most of them are pc also some epic times baby ya..This year will feel like a golden year for games for sure..Pc rocks the house with the most exclusives also..We rock )>>>

I am buying WAY too many games this year.

Shift 2, Dirt 3, Crysis 2, Deus Ex HR, Skyrim, Witcher 2, Battlefield 3, and many more just on PC. Then there is Skyward Sword, Uncharted 3, Mortal Kombat, MGS: Rising, FF Vs XIII, The Last Guardian, Tales of Graces F, and more.

I got 30 games last year, and I will get near 30 this year, and most are on PC, so I agree with you.

Time to get a 2nd 460 and 3.2-3.4 quad-hexacore.:D

I probably bought 50 games at least, in 2010 alone. Not bragging, it's kinda sad. But I have a huge backlog.. in which some of those games i haven't finished or even started - I must admit.Elann2008

I agree. I have so many games to finish and I just bought Bulletstorm.

And I'm still gonna be buyingShogun 2, Dragon Age 2, Deus Ex HR in April. Then theres MGS Rising, Gears of War 3, Skyrim, Mass Effect 3, Battlefield 3 later on.

Currently after bulletstorm, i want to play gta iv and finish that.

But with the crysis 2 demo coming out and games come out shortly there after i don't know how i'm going to play everything i want to. Plus there is still the brother in arms, overloard series, and a very others i want to get to.

Atleast i will have stuff to play over the summer.

I have 23 games in backlog,I intend to wipe them out by the end of the year. Its time to move on.
