So which one should I buy?

Battlefield 3 or Guild Wars 2?

Both? Save up and get them both lol. I will buy both day one, but gw2 will be my pick. It's going to have me hooked for the next 2 years. BF3 looks increadible, but the game is a bit too traditional shooter for me to get hooked for a long time. Plus multiplayer doesn't seem like it's being focused way too much. Bf2 was beautiful because of it. Mainly I will only get it for the visuals, great showcase for my machine lol.

Well depends if you want war fps stuff or fantasy mmo type. I tend to get bored of battlefield stuff fast but i get the feeling i'd play gw2 for months.

Battlefield 3

Battlefield 3 comes out in Octoboer. GW2 will probably come out Q2 of next year.

Both. Battlefield comes out in a few months. Guild Wars 2 is a year away.

I reccomend Battlefield.

If you had to choose one I'd go with GW2 it will likely offer more hours of enjoyment.

That being said you might as well get both, BF3 should be out around November and GW2 might not be out until 2012 (as much as I'd like it out tomorrow)

Guild Wars 2 (I'm totally not biased here). FPS was stale for me 4 years ago with Modern Warfare so the choice is obvious.

Wonder why the poll differs so much to the people who have posted here?

BF3. Chances are by the time GW2 actually comes out, BF4 will be released.
