I understand you will have to reinstall your programs if you have XP. My question is will I have to re-do both hard drives (will they both be erased), or can I move some stuff to my second hard drive to make it a little easier?

you can move files and things like that to your 2nd HDD, but any program installed including th operating system must be erased becasue if you try to run a program that was installed on Xp on Windows 7, the program will think you don't have a legit copy
