Name the game, map and maybe why it's terrible!

The idea for this topic came up when I just got done with Estate on MW2. It seems that in every match, whoever controls the main house wins the match, whether it be my team or the other.

Creek in COD4. If the Russians don't try to retake the ridge where the SAS spawn, they will easily win the game as SAS tries to move out.

MW2 - Highrise or Terminal

Spawntrap is the easiest thing ever on highrise

Russian spawn for Terminal gave them easy sniping spots to choke points.

Ha this is win.

Anyways I think one of the most unbalanced maps I have ever played is Avalanche on Day of Defeat. It is really easy for the Allies to just overwhelm the Germans.

Played on Infantry Only, Karkand turned into a hellish nadefest. Wake was dominated by jets, so playing infantry meant being reamed by rockets and bombs every few seconds.

C&C: Renegade Map: C&C: Underground. GDI has a massive advantage in this map. They were able to strike the Airstrip/Refinery with MRLs and not be threatended and there were several ways that allowed players to get into the NOD Powerplant and destroy it within seconds.

Estate isn't as bad as Highrise in my opinion. Have broken groups out of the house many times too many entrances to cover. I could see keeping the house easily if there was actually team interaction but most servers the teams do not communicate. But Highrise in MW2 is just a noob toob rape map and terminal comes a close second.

Almost every map in Counterstrike and Half Life DM. I am not referring to Dust, but rather the obnoxious amount of "box" maps that so called "level designers" put out. These maps are not fun, nor are they laid out well. Its some random nerd thinking hes cool cause he can make a box and people will play it.

That whole game is a straight up nadefest. Luckily with the frostbite engine it looks like nades have a lot less impact than they used to.

No Nade should be a mod for the Badcompany 2 and they should allow to take out certain vehicles as well...

You do know that there are other routes besides that road, which can also lead to where thosesnipers are camping

the map "bog" in Call of Duty 4. It has got to be one of the most unbalanced maps I've ever played in. If you are playing Domination and you are on the terrorist team you might as well quit because the marines have the upper hand.

i always thought de_assault was the most one sided map ever. Almost impossible for CT team if Ts knew what they were doing. I think about 9/10 games went to the Ts.

yeah, it sucks for both teams as one sg can block every single path to the intel.

That is why you use all of the tools at your disposal. Either use spies to sap the sentries or use demonmen, medics, heavy's and the such to break the stalemate. It's called TEAM fortress 2 for a reason.

Im curious to why peopel are saying nuke for css, its soooo easy to win on both sides if you have any idea of what you are doing. Then again I dont pub much anymore, just mostly scrim.
