I installed more ram into my moms computer and when she went to turn it on the monitor wasnt working. I took out the ram tried again. Still nothing. The computers running but no image is on the monitor and i cant tell if it booted properly. I looked at the video card to see where the monitor plugged in and it was loose. I unscrewed it and the metal piece that you screw on fell off. I put the video card back in snf held it and attached the monitor restarted and still no image on the monitor. Does anyone know what happened? Can somebody please help me?
Thanks.

Is their onboard video? It could be that your battery of your mobo is empty and you accidentaly reset your CMOS...

Is there a way to fix it without being able to see anything?

If your speaker is connected, you should hear beep codes if something is wrong...
