Sony Bravia 3.1 Home Theatre Soundbar-$200-yay or nay?

On black friday, I can get this for $199.99, saving $130 (originally 329.99).  I've never owned a home theater and want something easy to set up, has clean sound, and a good bass.  I think I can trust Sony as a good brand.  Keep in mind, I only have a 32 inch LCD in a small loft which is where I plan to put this at.  Yay or nay to this system?  What other cables would I need if I buy this?  Thanks in advance.

For a small loft its fine.

Anything much bigger and i would recommend a higher quality purchase, i.e. Klipsch, JBL, HARMON KARDON, Infinity, Bose etc.
