What I really want to know is why they are the same price when the Samsung has a higher contrast ratio and 2 HDMI's, whereas the Sony has 1 HDMI and a lower contrast ratio?
Then you have the Bravia XBR which is still higher in price than the Samsung when it's features aren't as abundant either.
