I think I'd go with a radeon 4870. That's about 180 right now.

Why that old card? 9800GTX+ or GTX 260 can be had for almost the same price. Get a Corsair PSU, get Western Digital.

Yea definetely go for that 4870, if you miss out on it though, go for a 4850. Either way get a better psu also.
