Sound chopping problem during cutscenes

I am experiencing sound problem with games like fallout3.command and conquere generals and tropico 3.My problem is that sound starts cutting during cutscenes i have updated all my drivers.Help guys Specs Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 4850 ATI Radeon 2GB RAM

What is your operating system? First, you must be 100% sure about your software. That means that you must have a clean Windows installation, latest drivers and if possible antivirus disabled. If the problem insists and youhave an onboard sound card I suggest you get a cheap Sound Blaster PCI sound card, they are far better than the onboard ones- you get less CPU Usage and no sound chopping problems.

I suggest you go for a PCI audio card
