spellforce order of dawn wont even begin install

i have bought spellforce order of dawn and when i put the disk in the autoloader comes up. Then i click on install and the autoloader freezes and i cant do anything more with it. has this happened to anyone else? whatever i try i cant get the game on my computer anyone had this happen? cuz i would like to play it

Now, when i was trying to install Oblivion, it did the exact same thing. I later came to find that a photo/video editing/dvd burning program was the cause. Uninstalled it, and Oblivioninstalled normally.

I have no idea if thiswill behelpful.
