I am having a problem were every time I start the Shanghai level my controls freeze and I can not move the character look around anything. I also can not even escape out and go to the menu. Also the cut sceen and the movie at the beginning there is no sound. Help me please I really want to play this game.

I saw many guys having problem with the sanghai lvl .Its a known glitch.Uninstall the game , reinstall it then apply all the patches released so far for the game .Replay the game from start again without using anykinds of backup savefolders from previous install .
