Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow Question

Hello, I was wondering if anybody knew if the lighting issue has been fixed for this game on pc? I would like to play it on pc, but if it's broken I'd rather not waste my money.

i just reinstalled it recently and it still has the lighting problem, i'm using a gtx580 and tried a few different drivers with no luck, i don't know if the ATI cards have the same problem but newer nvidia cards from the 8800 (or maybe 7800) and up seem to have this issue.
