so im almost at the end of chapter 2, i implemented ramsmeat as the working with Javed and killed ramsmeat. and now the detective wants me to get kalkstein to come to the swamp, and i dont know how to get him to come, or what to do next. The detective is in the swamp now, and talked to kalkstein and hes now angry at me because i accused him of working with javed. i dont know what to do next. HELP! the quest says lure kalkstein to the swamp. so yeah. help

Try coming back to Kalkstein later. He might be in a better mood then and talk to you. Otherwise, just reload from before you accused him.

That way is probably the worser ways to complete the task (Making it look like Kalk' is the murder) Best thing to do is to go and nap near some fire, If you gotten all the stones go to the swamp and place them in there rightful location. if he still isn't interested in talking then I'd advise you to reload and make it so No one is the murder, But Rasement is a fake.

I'd use a walkthrough to check what's going on.

This game is running the Aurora engine, which was notorious for occasionally "forgetting" to update your journal, give you quest items or give you certain dialogue options because of the convoluted and error-prone loop/branch conversation it used. Neverwinter Nights - the game the Aurora engine was made for - even had cheat options to edit your journal and spawn quest items. That's how bad it could get.
