HOLY SHI-
An expansion pack only 2 months after the game was released? Wah-wah-wee-wah, now I see why everyone hates EA...

EA is doing exactly what a business should be doing, make money. There was a Spore creature creator three months before the actual game came out and people bought it up. You cant blame EA if people decide to give them $20 for this add-on.

But an expansion only 2 months after the game was released?! Hell yeah, businesses should strive to make money, I'm not disputing that, but when they blatantly hold features out of a game so that they can milk it for more money, you kind of have to say, "Um, WTF r u doin?"
Know what I'm saying? :P

But you can blame them for making crappy products and sacrificing their artistic integrity in order to make money. I appreciate that companies exist to make money, but that certainly doesn't mean we should accept or approve of underhand techniques like stripping game content specifically to make expansions more marketable - or not even trying to hide that fact by rubbing an expansion in our faces after a few months.
