Lol no, Ea has been doing a great job at banning those who upload obscene creatures. But you see a fair share of weird creatures like chairs, and boxes and crap.

Although we haven't really seen how they will do it yet, it is supposed to download stuff you like based on a thumbs up or down system. You can ban any creature you don't like as well.
