Exactly what are you system specs?

Make sure you do not have any extra uneededprograms running in the background.

The system requirements that Srtest has for America's Army are for an older version.

yeah ever since 2.6 Americas Army become a little bit of a system hog. (thats when they moved it to the unreal 2.5 engine) make sure decals are off and lighting and physics and LOD is off or lowest as possible. Also, bigger maps like the SF maps, and newer maps are gonna take more juice to run, than compared to Bridge Crossing, Mout Mckenna, and Pipeline etc.
