S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Clear Sky looks amazing

Look at these screenshots, the detail in them is immense, and the player models amazing:

What do you think? Personally, I think it is on par with Gears of War, especially considering it is a large, mostly non-linear world, and based off this, the outside environments will look amazing.

At least we get the features which were originally meant to be in the first game, except vehicles and some other stuff. That is if they don't scratch half the features from this one too.

Honestly I had followed the production of the previous STALKER and I must say that they STILL haven't gotten the game aspects right. Free roam and A Life were their main selling points. One hasn't even be implemented and the other is vastly overrated.

No offense to the people that are interested, but they need to fix their current game before trying to make a new one. Which will also take a decade to complete. The pc will undoubtedly have better options next year.

Strangely I had little-to-no problems with STALKER.

Yes this game looks amazing, just as STALKER amazed me. I hope it brings more of the same horrorific action from the first game, that was the part I liked the most - all the scares and mutants (BLOODSUCKERS FTW).

First off, from these screens the graphics are definitely not on par with Gears of War. But this is still very preliminary so things could change. And there is no way this game will take as long as the first game, they already have a lot of existing code to work with for the new one.

Also, why should they fix the problems with the original before making a new one? There is only so much you can do to fix a game that already exists. Making a new game is THE way to makesignificant changes to the original formula. A
