Stalker is pissing me off.

Does anyone else crash when you ask an NPC, 'Can you tell me something interesting?'

I've downloaded and installed all the patches and it still doesn't fix it. I don't even have mods, so that can't be the problem either.

Is it just that the creators of STALKER suck at fixing shat or is there a solution?

I'd really appreciate if I get some feedback on this. I love the game but it's just so damn frusterating sometimes...

never had the problem with either but its a good thing to mention.

Sorry, should have said it before. It's STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl, not ClearSky.

Are you sure they don't mention anything important when you ask them?

They really don't tell you anything interesting so if there is no other problems maybe you should just not ask them if something interesting is going on. HOWEVER dont quote me, i played SOC a little while ago and can't remember evey word in the game, but CS had just as boring "Anything interesting" conversations so i don't think they would all of a sudden get boring and useless.
