Why is it that the Time in the Game just starts going mega fast? I end up dying because I need to eat like every 10 seconds.Does this happen to anyone else?

I think it's the * key. Don't press it. That or a Vista issue.

You probably hit * which is the time increase button. The button next to it will make the time go normal again. You can also download the patch that removes this awesome feature.

patch 1.0001 removes this feature, which is good and bad. Bad if you are impatient and like to fight at night.

I want it gone, I'm hoping the patch solves other weird game issue (Like the map showing me wrong objectives even after a I select a different task.

save games are C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\STALKER-SHOC\savedgames

I do double click map and it still messes up sometime, ALso, after you patch your savegames are useless so forget that. After you hit * how do you turn the time compression off? Its not documented anywhere. Off topic - where is psuedo dog located?
