No release date yet. I'd guess that the earliest possible date would be around summer 2011, I'm guessing that Q4 2011 is more likely. However those are just guesses on my part.
No I think they said a while back they are making the game so people with not to powerful pc's can atleast play this game. SWTOR was just another reason to but some money into pc for gaming
