Star Wars Galaxies - Subscription cost.

I bought SWG ages ago but only really played it for a month - as I'd only bought a month subscription at the time. I would like to get back into a MMORPG again but I'm concerned with the subscription cost. Whats the price for it now? and is it worth it?

Correction, SW: The Old Republic, an MMO being developed by Bioware, is on the horizon. I heard it's going to have a special session on Wednesday (E3), check it out.

On SWG, I'd say it's not worth it, but I'm an old vet that liked the old way. What you should do is make a new account and try the trial version, if you like it...well, your decision.

$15/month and no its not worth it. They dramatically changed it a few years ago and it killed the player base and sort of dumbed down the game. With knights of the old republic on the horizon, I wouldn't even bother renewing your subscription.adrake4183

Don't listen to any of the butthurt former SWG players, as there all just going to say its not worth it.

The only one who can decide if its worth it or not is you, play the trial and decide whetehr you like it from there, and if you do resub your account.
