No.
No one game is going to kill WoW. The only way to 'kill' WoW is to whittle its numbers down. No one game can do that. It will take a lot of games.
Some of the upcoming MMOs are: Star Trek Online, Stargate Worlds, APB, Warhammer 40K, Guild Wars 2, Firefly, The Old Republic, World of Darkness, Fallout and Blizzard's own new MMO (even though they will try to incentivise people subbing to WoW and the new game, they will still compete).
Those are just the huge name MMOs I can think of, I'm sure there are plenty more, big and small name. Then we have to consider other MMO genres. The MMORTS and the MMOFPS are going to take off sooner or later. They have to. And sure, they're different genres, but they're all MMOs. How many people are going to want to have three or four or more subscriptions to pay every month? Which game(s) to subscribe to will become a much less obvious choice.
WoW's population is still growing, but its market position is shrinking with every big name MMO that comes out. Games like WAR and Conan may not have had a huge impact, but names like Guid Wars 2 and Fallout carry much more weight. And all of the above names together (plus all the ones I've forgotten)... well, WoW's position as monopoliser of the MMO is limited to perhaps five years. There will be too many huge names for the MMO market to support any kind of monopoly by then. WoW may still be the market leader, but it will be by a matter of 5-10% market share rather than the 60% or whatever it is now.
