Starcraft II Before Diablo III?

mmm not sure about Starcraft 2, I will have to see it before I can judge.. Even with the majority of Starcraft creators gone, Blizzard has shown to be quite capable of making a great RTS with Warcraft 3 as proof.sSubZerOo

So where have those devs gone? 

I hope it's Starcraft 2, That is such an awesome game it really is a classic, I still have it. Hell even if Diablo 3 comes out before that I won't really mind I liked that too.

hmm in 2010+/- Blizard will release Starcraft 2 before Diablo 3 i think coz Diablo is way too popular - so i think they'll save the big "surprise" for little bit longer - after the surprise which will be Starcraft 2 will be releasedPredatorRules

I'm pretty sure Starcraft is more popular than Diablo.

starcraft 2 is more likely to come first in my opinion for two big reasons

1. hellgate london

2. world of warcraft

both are competing products - and hellgate is gonna be a big game, even diablo 3 would struggle to go toe to toe with it, especially since it's the diablo team that's developed it... plus a lot of diablo 2 players are just wasting time in wow, waiting for diablo 3 - how many wow players will migrate en masse to diablo 3 when it comes out? i'd bet it'll be an awful lot

diablo 3 is surely coming, but i'd wager it'll be long after the dust has already settled on hellgate, probably twoish years from now

personally, i don't care any more - relic has surpassed blizzard as the rts developer (and the warhammer 40k license is far cooler than starcraft, which is literally a poor man's copy of wh40k) and the diablo team is bringing us hellgate which, as far as most diablo 2 fans are concerned, is the real diablo 3 - what does blizzard have left any more? nothing for me - just an empty shell of a developer

They went to make Hellgate: London *Cough* Diablo III.K_r_a_u_s_e_r

I'm talking about former starcraft devs, not former diablo 2 devs. Unless they were one in the same.  

Starcraft 2 will be announced very soon in that big Korea gaming event.

And the Beta should be out by the end of this year.
